Delivery and Returns
Delivery: When you have made an order you will need to allow time for the order to be processed into our system and we will then use the best delivery option for your order.
Product items in stock, and once your order has been processed (24-48 hours) into the system are normally sent out on a next day service or within 2-7 days to UK area Zones England/Wales, Devon/Cornwall and other areas, sometimes delivery may be longer depending on the product type and other delivery areas zones.
We only offer delivery to UK Mainland.
Made to order / Bespoke / Larger items are normally 2-4 weeks, 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks, 10-12 weeks, depending on the product item required or sometimes longer in our busy periods. You will be notified of our current leads times once your order has been accepted or if you require details before then use the website enquiry form to request.
Our delivery options include:
Product items despatched by our courier.
Large orders despatched by our courier drop off pallet service.
Collection options include: Collection is available by date and collection times slots only, to suit our schedule.
No Third Party Collections: We offer NO third party courier company collections.
Returns: We accept product items back for refund within 7 working days of the delivery date/collection date, providing that, your items are our standard off the shelf products and not bespoke orders. Your return is within our time frame.You have proof of Purchase..You are the person who purchased the products from us. The goods are in/as new' condition and returned in the original packaging, undamaged, unused, with all accessories, along with any free gifts received at the time you purchased the equipment.You have taken care of the product in your care. Made to order product items / Bespoke non standard product items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
Items not checked on delivery/damaged items in delivery and over our period of making a claim:
IMPORTANT: If you have not checked your items on delivery or within the 48 hour period and then open the packages after this time and realise something is damaged/missing, then this is NOT OUR FAULT, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE to put the problem right, if out of the time stated and/or issue any refund or replace. All goods must be checked on arrival, any damage noted on the delivery sheet and noted with the courier person, and any problems MUST be brought to OUR attention within 48 hours of receiving items, along with photo evidence. It is not acceptable to blame our company if you have not checked items. We do not tolerate abuse, or bad tone emails or threatening behaviour and tantrums. If you have a problem we will deal with the problem correctly and within our time scale stated. If a problem is out/over your time period and you are trying to shift blame then please do not think jumping to social media will make any difference, trying to damage a companies reputation thru your own fault will not be accepted.
We are a family business and also have family commitments, we may not always be able to offer everything everyone wants and sometimes may not be able to offer items needed urgently or be as quick as you require and especially at busy times. We will always deal with orders in the time available / lead times given and will always deal with problems if they arise and sort within our terms and conditions of sale.
